“I have been writing creatively and personally for over a decade. My background is in childhood education, including preschool teaching. Based in the Hudson Valley of upstate New York, I’m a parent of two boys and three cats (who would love to eat the Poppin family, I’m sure). The idea for this story stemmed from a creative writing assignment when I was just 8 years old.”
